At the Teddy Bear School House Nurseries we operate at a staffing level approved by OFSTED and the Children’s Act 1989. This ensures individual attention to the needs and development of each of our children.
Staff are carefully selected for their love of children and desire to help them reach their full potential. All staff undergo a CRB check (criminal records bureau) carried out by the metropolitan police. I am privileged to have long serving members of my team with some staff having been with me now for well over 10 years.
Staff represent the local community and undergo continuous training and evaluation. Staff are suitably qualified, with relevant experience, and have a working knowledge of the Children’s Act and OFSTED’S Early Years Foundation Stage.
